Anyone Ever Use This?

It's their Live Agent Support program that they offer. I have never used it and was wondering if any of you guys have? I feel like its going to be a piece of shit but I might as well try it out.

Damn, first time I'm seeing this.

It's a nice better way than tickets ! But takes alot of times waiting on the chat.

Didn't know it existed.

Did anyone else instantly think of automated telephone calls? Just automated chat.

Live chat is shit. I got an account released from it's ban via livechat, but it took 2 hours and half to get an answer while I was number 3 in queue. GG.

Yeah. I just injected the hacks and got instantly banned by server logs, never attempted to hack again lol.
Edit: Just got an other issue resolved, but this time it was not a ban and took 15 minutes. I was number 21 in queue. I guess nexon has done some work. I'm pretty happy with the service.
When you join live chat, make sure to constantly be able to look at it. If you don't pay attention and a GM answers with no reply sent to them, they will leave chat after about 45 seconds.
Some of the GMs do not give a single fuck about you and are mad at the world. Before getting this second issue resolved, I had to go through live chat twice because one of the GM refused to help me and just blatantly left the chat.

You're actually wrong and your assumptions are stupid. Everytime I joined the chat (exactly 5 times to date) I didn't expect to get any support since it's nexon.
They actually ended up helping me and yes I was happy, I mean, who wouldn't be ? Don't be mad cause you got denied.
