Need help ! ~ Paypal
My Paypal is verified. Its not limited, Im From AUS

Paypal Balance: 477 AUD

What i want to buy: 440 AUD (including tax, shipping etc)

Error: Return to merchant and try a different payment method"

I can not send money to anyone else either.

I have tried:

Clearing Cookies, Cache everything.
Trying different browsers
Sending through Invoice
Using different website/relogging

Yes i am verified and i just got limited. Luckily yesterday i was able to take 460 aud out but i still have around 100 aud left on the paypal. I forgot to mention that i had 2 disputes against me from a chargebacker *scammer* but i won the case yet it limited my account o_O?
