Instructions:
Download the RAR & Extract the contents into a folder
Launch Steam, if you didn't already have it open.
Launch CS:GO with the parameters -windowed -noborder
Alt+Tab and open the folder you extracted it to then launch ignition.exe as Admin
Go back to the CS:GO Window
Hit Insert to open the menu and arrow keys to scroll up & down and disable/enable features
