Go To Start > Run > type in %temp% > delete all files you can.

Go to My Computer (or computer) and right click local disk C: and go to tools, and then Error-Checking and click continue, it will say you cant do it well windows is running, do it next time you start your computer? Click yes or w/e and restart your pc, let it do its thing.
