Ok i found the issue for all of you that can not open the menu, the problem is the injector, i found this simple injector that works and the menu will run then. Here you go! http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=682056

Using a different Injector such as Extreme v2.1 makes the menu show up now! Only problem game crashes after 2-3 minutes.
