HELP!!!!

If i have a mbi ban and i make myself a new acc and buy the game again can i stilll play it??I heard that they cant ip ban because in bf3 we have mobile ips.Not sure jsut tell me if im going to waste my money.THANKS ALOT!

I don't think pb bans ip so it shouldn't be a problem in getting and running a new game. because pb only bans your guid or something. Like it basically ban your game key that you are using so if you buy a game you can easily run the game without getting banned!
