Nicely done, Shades are wrong though.
Centre isn't as dark shaded as suppose to be.

Thanks. I always love working in Photoshop.

There should be no use of blur or shadow over any of the circles of confusion.
The circles of confusion should all be the same size. (Lens diamater doesn't change through a single picture.)
The circles should contain every bit of color, absolutely none should bleed through outside their areas.\
Circles are far too large.

i googled bokeh effect, the circles in this are to big, too many, and too spread out
Looks decent though

I reallllly! like this, I would try to make it bigger, and circles smaller, but good job
