Leeching is using something that is not your own creation, without returning anything back that they desire.
A far worse version of leeching is doing the same as the previous, but also claiming that it is your own creation.

I don't really care about the download as much as the source. A lot of people leech source which really ticks me off, because its kind of like Taking a copy of a book, like Moby Dick and putting your name as the author. Other authors usually document their sources I don't see why it is so different in coding...
