I Don't think leeching is option 1... Because if this person is offering there program to the public. Then that is that. But if this person takes credit for a program that isn't theres i call that leeching.

yea leeching means to download.. taking credit for it is taking credit for it.. which is a lie.. leeching however is downloading.. how could it not be leeching if the person is offering it to the public.. how would you get the files if we werent?? we all leech.. hell i leech music, movies, cracked games.. it's not a big deal.. its taking credit that's a big deal
