Need help with Ap Purchasing

I put $40 on my steam account because i didn't remember my stuff for my aeria account. i went in game and clicked the ADD AP button, but when i clicked the amount an error popped up and said "Transaction Failed Due To Unknown Reason (ERROR CODE:0) I've heard that I just had to wait like 20-30 minutes but i tried after 2 hours and i still get the error. I am hoping i didn't just waste my 40$. Someone please help me.

Is better you add your AP on Aeria Website

Steam is much more expensive :/ (<-My Opinion)

IDC witch is cheaper and i said i dont have my aeria info for my steam acc please read before replying with dumb posts.
