HELP ME!!!!

well........first of all..
i still got a lag, where i move, and i still lag, i cant handle it, cuz when i move i lag, legit or with hacks...ive tryed EVERYTHING
this is what i tryed:
gamebooster
firewall(hard to explain.....)
take out body textures

ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING ELSE?

and this just started when i moved to my vista pc, cuz my main 1 gotta virus, and i had to redownload combat arms, but virus wont lemme(virus only forced popups, and slowed pc down......)

get a better processor and more RAM... or you can try over clocking your hardware

get more RAM
also you can change the graphics to low

also dont run IE while playing CA
