He thanked an CRYPTER creator for the download on April 1st. CRYPTERS make detected viruses into undetected viruses temporarily.

Adrianbsk forked a trojan on github.
The virus detection rates are now 8/51 instead of 6/51 from last month, the two new detections detecting a "trojan", however, most detect "CheatEngine".

Modified my post, this file does not appear to be malware.
However, it does appear to be a simple CheatEngine hack.
VAC is known to ban for CheatEngine hooking. Perhaps the crypter is an attempt to avoid this, however, the cheat extracts "ced3d9hook.dll" and other CheatEngine files to a temp folder, I really doubt those are protected.
I would NOT run this on VAC protected servers because you'll probably get 100% banned if the above is the case.
