Can't kill Avira Processes?

I have this problem. Whenever I try to end the Avira Antivir process it says access denied. I have tried PSkill and Process Explorer. Any reason to why this happens?

maybe its b/c u arent the administrator of your computer lol any other accounts on your cpu
