Strange Vaults

Hell there.
I am wondering what is causing that some players on my server can't enter their vaults, and others can, and how I can fix this.
Could anyone help me out here?
So the things I need are: What is causing this, Why does is only effect some players and how to fix this

Btw: I'm using Clubs source.

Have you modified the vault map?

I know why man

People did /visit into somebody else's vault and bought their vault chest's
Im 200% sure about this because we had the same problem

Just make sure the people who can /visit other player will not buy anyone else's chest's

Now you have to remove the vault's of the bugged accounts from the database and you should be able to get back in.

yes its the /visit only. I'm pretty sure that he is smart enough not to edit the vault map. Happened with Jbbl's server except the thing is that the player could enter the vault but couldnt use the ones that i bought. so the items that he had werent there unless i was online

In my server everything is custom..........

I was cleaning up my server, so I'll delete all the vaults to be sure it doesn't happen again.
