CS:GO help.

There isn't really a subsection called "Help" or "Questions" or whatever, so: If i got VAC banned and managed to get steam to delete CS:GO from my account via ticket, like, removing it from my account permanently will the ban be removed aswell, so if i buy another game copy will i be in the clear?
