Sorry to say this but u have to go to your computer>aeriagames>ava and find uninstal.ini.
Run it, it will unistall ava.
After go to ava.aeriagames.com and redownload the game.

OK, i'm sorry but you do need to uninstall, and then re-install, but FIRST, turn off your Anti Virus and firewall, and re-download AVA and then patch it.
