Its a hack trainer that injects code into a program. It is flagged by some antiviruses as a threat- ITS NOT A VIRUS. Disable your antivirus to download and use it (you can store it in a .zip file and turn antivirus back on after your done for no flags".

1You don't have enough posts to download (There use to be a requirement to prevent leeching not sure if they changed it)
2Your AV is blocking it- AGAIN "its not a virus"
3MPGH was updating or had to many downloads going on at once and you were stuck in internet traffic.
4Your connection was bad.
