Hacking Gunz

Okay so I have a problem. I am using a packet capturing tool (Not WPE PRO) the problem is is that the packets are coming and sending through various diffrent ports. Does anyone know of an accurate Packet Capturing tool. That would contain the hex code and the port. I don't need one that would send just one that would record all incoming packets, and leaving packets. I am programing my own application to do it.
