You forgot to post the actual error. :P
Usually some kind of a popup pops up when you get a error..So post it..

I can't help you as I don't know what the error is.
Make sure that you use 64-bit mode to compile it..

I don't know much about VB, but as lovro said, make sure you compile as 64Bit, Also i don't see any errors on your screenshot?

I have Visual Basic 2010 express

How i can set the Project to 64bit?
