best ca recording program?

fraps is best but it lags like hell usually

Fraps, and as long and you don't try to record in the lobby or anything it shouldn't DC you. oh and if you have a good PC/ vid card you won't lag.

i have a cracked version of fraps its pretty dam good

I Use Fraps :O I use my brothers gaming computer so I dont really have any probs with lagg ;O

Fraps is the best, i posted like 3 months ago Fraps 2.9.8 the full version!

I run my Fraps at 120fps full screen and I DON'T lag and if I do its rare but a 2 min video with my CA graphics at max with no anti aliasing takes up around 3gigs of space on my HD but it comes out great.

Camtasia also works well but OMFG at $300 its so not worth the investment unless you could use it for work and have it be a write off I highly suggest you don't do it but try the 30 day free trial that makes you want more.

Camstudio is a shitty ripoff of camtasia I highly suggest no one uses this its not worth the dl unless you need it for other uses but for gaming it blows.

Xfire sucks since I can never get it to work on CA even with everyones sure fire way it just doesn't work for me

Never tried hypercam but if anyone wants to direct me to some good settings for it Ill give it a shot anyday

Spunky, in order to be able to run XFire with CA you need to edit a file at Xfire folder, the file name is Xfire_games.ini, there search for Combat Arms ID (5476_1 or 5476_2), then use this code:

Re-Open XFire and then open CA, press the Xfire hotkeys and there you are.

i like hypercam

I like Fraps.
No lag, and great vids.
But quite space consuming.
I edit the videos for small size any way after.
