Ok if you dont know what to do you can either do these things
Download an Anti Virus Program [ I Suggest Avast or AVG or Kaspersky Since they helped me out alot ]
Or You can Do a System Restore [ I Recommend setting it way Back Might be a few Days/Weeks Sure you might lose some Programs but at least you might Fix the Problem
Or you can Re-Install Windows Fully [ Which Mean it will delete everything Its Like having it when you 1st bought it
Last Option [ Only if you willing to spend Money ] Call a Technician because they always know what to do even f they Charge a Fee for there Assistants
This is all i can think of i really dont know much about computers so this was the best i can do
ohh Btw why not checking the files Manually or by going to the location of the Virus & Delete the File that Might Help a Little bit
