How to speedhack ?

I have tried using randomhackwithnonamedealwithit and AlexanderHack which says I can spoof like host_timescale and I have been looking but I cannot find how to speed hack. My friend is doing it and says he has a bypass but he cannot remember the name and he won't send it to me. Any help would be appreciated

I speed hack by first injecting the server with Alexander. I then type this into my console;
host_framerate 2
You can make this any number, the lower, the faster. 10 is recommended, with aimbot however, I recommend 2, you are then the Usain Bolt of gmod.
It is a bit buggy at first, it looks like you're teleporting and have bad rubberband lag, but after a bit, it fixes it self

I use the md5 hash reversal theorem (its proven) to set my CreateMove hook to be able to speed up my game with cheat engine and then use my vp9 so VAC doesn't ban my ISP.
Then to add even more security I run GarrysMod in a Windows 95 VM thats partitioned with Linux to make me unbeatable.
And to make it even better, I use SethHack v8.2
