How do I stop fapping?

Remember when I posted a thread saying I was going to go hulk on my dick over the weekend? Well I literally did. My skin on my dick is damaged, sorta like how when you get a bad suntan and your skin needs to heal. The problem is I won't stop fapping. Like today I fapped 4 times and it hurt when I was fapping yet I did it anyway. I need to stop fapping for a few days to let me skin heal but I don't have any self-control. I'm sure somebody on MPGH has this problem or knows a solution so fire away.

This has happened to me before. The damaged skin wont be able to heal and it gets really bad. I had issues where my shaft was scabbing up, then I would fap away to make a super scab. The way I stopped was getting a girlfriend. No girl wants to suck a long scab. I also covered my dick in rash cream which seemed to help speed the process too.
