Section 8 (Come on Minions, share your thoughts. :3)

I propose a plan called "Section 8" Or S.8.0. to be release to this section, this allowed authors to gain credit for their hardwork and not create the annoying hackpacks, leechers, please keep it so the community can discuss this quickly to improve the Combat Arms Hacking Community.
Section 8 will guarantee the rights of all owners and their rights to reject releases or re-release by international copyrights law. It will also give rights to the community.
To re-release or to release without the ownership permission will revoke in a serious punishment, sense the problems is accruing between a group saying, he stole my idea and so on.
Section 1.
The person or party have full rights for their hacks to be taken down with or without the consent of the community.
Section 2.
The person have rights to control the things; they releases; however, they are not allowed to discriminate base on: sex, color, race, religious, sexual preferences, job, culture, etc.
Section 3.
The community does not have the rights to tell the creator what they can or can't do if it not breaking any of the sections.
Section 4.
Hacks that is release, will try and have the ASMU system or something of that line. This will able to control the population of 'take and leave' people.
4.1: Begging of any kind, will reject you rights as a member of the community, if you can't follows the rules; you do not deserve much.
4.2: Ask the Minions or Mods via PM for question of what is begging and what is not.
Section 5.
No racism of any kind: No Neo-Nazi, KKK, and more. Do not insult a race or show bitter hate, remember we are a community not a hate site.
No sexism of any kind: Keep out that men are better then women and that women are weak and only useful for sexual intercourse.
5.1: Do not share personal information; you do not know who is who online, prevent from sharing very important things like: PayPal, Addresses, etc.
5.2: No Sexual or Verbal harassment, unless it is in the section it is allowed.
If a person does not feel okay, stop.
5.3: Prevent from asking people out (Poor Liz); respect them.

Freedom to Express Feelings

Owner have the rights over their programs
Owner can have full copyright protection
Protection with Mods and Minions
Protection from Abuse
Protection fom Hate and Racism
Rights of Women
Rights of Men
All people will be treated as a equal community
The Rights to Demands Justice
The Rights of a quick and fair trial
The Rights to know why are you banned or kick (Depends if you advertising
or said something wrong).
Section 7.
Mods and Minion have full rights to ban, delete, or remove anything, with reasons.
7.1: Allows the user, to know what the thread is close via Minion
7.2: User can get a PM stating why it was delete.
7.3: Can be not get answers if: User wanted it close (owner of thread); breaking a rule.
Section 8.
All 'laws' and rules will be prone to change, this is not a rule but a Constitution of the site, to allows all the users their rights. This should be posted and sticked on ALL game hacking section.
