BIG HELP PLEASE!!

my warrock download stopped at 99% and said that it carnt download coz i already have it, i do but I carnt unistall it because i deleted all the folders first, then i went to add or delete programs and warrock isnt there, nor is it im my computer or my programs, (so I deleted folders in warrock but havent installed it)
HELP!

Get, FinalUninstall, and remove it forcefully.

Yea i did tht once when i was smaller and learned frum my mistakes but yea do wat liz just sed
