ADMIN hack - Item spawn

Looking to see if there is someone or a hack, that allows you to become server admin, or "owner" as to spawn items etc. that's all i'm really interested i play a lot on a server that has a looting system like tf3 item drops and has trading etc. I would like to dupe or "create" items that are really rare on the server, if someone would be willing to come on and do that for me, so i would be much less likely to be banned that would be excellent and I would stupendously appreciate it, but im assuming thats just unlikely

however, if anyone know of a hack that can if not become admin (i know admins can give items cus sometimes they give items that are normally only for donators (which i am) plus creating new items etc. maybe it requires database hacking i BELIEVE they have mySQL, but i have NO idea where to start with anything like that. plus that's literally server hacking. not really wanting to bother with that.

I know some people can come on darkRP servers and generate money or items and give to players, so i couldn't imagine this being any different
