Assuming you've unlocked the commands for controls via the console, making a script is as simple as:
Save it as whatever.cfg
Then just do
Yes, they work with MW3 just like MW2. ( Tested )

+zoom;wait 50;+attack;wait 50;-attack;wait 20;
Then just do
Code:
bind <KEY> exec whatever.cfg;
