I just wanted to ask if all .flt files in relation to ca are bypasses. Because i have a .flt file that came with my vip and was wondering if it was a bypass. If it is, i could release in hack section and people would finally have a free bypass.
i feel so noobish right now. i never have heard of a .flt file. oh yeah....

.flt files are comonly used as bypasses, if you remember T G S. T G S used .flt files as bypasses i think.
