Either i'm writing too much code ( I also end my sentences with semi colons sometimes) and i used a scope resoltuion instead of a colon
Or you are reading too much code, so much so you don't notice it as a typo...

Seen one and read one, but I have heard of many people who learned coding simply through trial and error :L If you can do that go for it, personally I just don't learn that way. I practice only to reinforce what I have already learned. But if you can do it more power to ya. Just be aware there will probably be holes in your knowledge.
