Pocketstarships Java hack?

im hackedfew things in this game like speed hack and more but my question is

in that game are different weapons for different ships some weapons cant equipted in every ship

but i saw hacker where got it

so i asked on how he dont said me what he use but he said he use a java app to edit and "replay" anything

so i think he sended the request to server of another weapon but dont know how i hope any understand what i mean and can help me
