HELP - Crossfire Patcher v6 "Cannot find file needed for patch".
The patcher stops at the beginning and says "Cannot find file needed for patch". I have played the old Crossfire and it worked this time it doesn't.
Specifications:
Intel Pentium 3.6 GHz
3.12GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6670
Windows XP 32-bit Professional

I HAVE ALREADY:
RESTARTED PC
REINSTALLED CF
REDOWNLOADED DOWNLOADER
TRIED TO DELETE LOG FILES AND HGW

Please help!

Try this:

1. Download CCleaner
2. Run it
3. Clean your temp data, Registry, etc ..
4. Restart your PC
5. Uninstall CrossFire
6. Run CCleaner and again clean your temp data, registry, etc etc ..
7. Restart your PC
8. Turn Off your Antivirus software
9. Download CrossFire from the Site
10. Install it in another Drive
11. Restart your PC
12. Start CrossFire

Post back results !
