it does not give the items thats all, i can find my inventory but no items given i have no dll hacks

for whatever reason, none of the guns which have locked out attachment slots, like the Matamorez with the built in suppressor/muzzle break, the pistols with no tactical slot, or the novuh with no tac slot all seem to reset my inventory when I try to spawn them... Even when I put on as many attachments etc... On it, any idea as to what my issue is? Any help would be awesome.
