Chat Command

We can use the console to save pre-phrases to say in chat like (bind "N" "say OMG") but that says to all
is there another console command to say to team only so we can tell our teammates where are we rushing in competitive ?

You could just use a microphone... Or just press U and tell them in the 10 seconds the game gives you before each round.

well that's in the start of the round
but when the plan changes or something happens in game
I'm just asking if there is such command or no
