Prone Jumping "Flying"

I read about it, and I accidentally did it today. I'm not sure how and I've only found 1 video without description of how to do it on youtube, and nothing on google.

Does anyone know how to perform it consistently and share? I think I did some prone/slide/jump combo and my dude flew into a building cross map lol.

I've done that. I don't even know how though. It was all so sudden. I was on the top of the right stairwell in Metro and I through a nade down the stairs and went prone (surely I'm missing something else) and my guy went through the ceiling and came back down w/o any fall damage. Not sure if it works in the firing range but I'll try to come to a conclusion on it in there if possible.
