When it says IP ban it means you can no longer use your network from your house or what ever place you were at so if you were at home the only way to get back on is to change your network.

change steam acc, registier new acc, after login get banned
uninstall and redowland by steam. repeat get banned.
do the same use VPN in ordet to change ip . get banned

i dont think its legit. because you cant banned someone even before he do something cheat or hack.

ffs. nackers ip banned me last night. Legit account (paid hack used 3 hrs) pretty sure some other hackfags reported cause they got rolled. Wasn't obvious, but I knew who was hacking some fag zdc and #rc clan. Anyway they got mad, manual reported. Go to login 3 hours later, suspended.
Make new account, suspended upon login. Fuck you ubi. They deserve to eat piss shit n vomit. My 2 cents. Its not the hacks being detected but more than likely just reports and then checks of some sort.

Yep, I've just been IP banned. Created another account with same Network Address and HD ID and got new account instantly banned. Started using my paid hack agai
n last night.......... Was OK before that
And no I wasnt obvious . Changed Network ID and HD iD and set up new account... Still banned...............

Must be some info stored on the GRP folder that is maybe banning us ? Try uninstaling and reinstlling the game and changing Mac Address.
