My amazon account got closed/ banned, and i cant make other accounts, is there anyway I can order again? change ip adress? etc... please help

he does not look trustful lol, But yea i just want to buy stuff off of amazon again, so if its blacklisting than i guess thats what i need to go for, any other unblackisting services? , im searching but they are pretty inactive to me
