Only one I've seen work thus far is rail ammo sway and block doesn't(that I've been able to do)

You download it? Just google it. Also, your antivirus will probally tell you it has a virus, but it's just a false positive(If you download from the official site or any other trusted website).

How do you get the cheat engine because its not there for me and i dont know how to download or where to get it.

It is cheatengine dot org then hit download. But, it doesn't work for this game currently, nothing does. So there isn't a point to downloading cheat engine

SgtRamirez Is there anyway you could find a way to get more traction or even some way to lower your CPU usage.
Maybe just point me in a direction so I may be able to learn myself
