Let me just clarify this, @71c and @42trojan42. A server administrator would not trust any plugin that is not verified by a trusted source. Installing the .jar file could be a possible way to edit the ops.txt file. Again, the plugin has to be verified by a trusted source. Only a dumb owner with no clue on how to do things would install that jar. I'm actually thinking about making a .jar file that would change the ops.txt.

agree with all what you said but we still cant call this force op like @71c said cuz force op mean add someone to op.txt with out making the admin of server add a plugin or do something else and that's is impossible

There IS a way to do it, somehow, but it's not that we know. If you place the plugin in the plugins folder, it doesn't know what the previous directory it is located in. It doesn't know if it is located in C:\Users\Name\Desktop\Minecraft-Server or any other place.
