I CAN'T OPEN THE .ZIP FILE SOMEONE PLZ HELP

Im confused because i can't un-zip the file for some reason as it says "Unable to expand "Unturned_Editor_mpgh.net.zip" into "downloads"."
(Error 2 - No such file or directory.)
