Tier Lock / Part Lock

Hello guys , So i was thinking if it's possible to have a Tier lock hack. Let me explain:

For example: You want to play with Tier 1 robots but you want to use Tier 10 weapons or wheels or whatever. So you can use them without getting into a higher Tier.

So the hack should or would contain a button for choosing which Tier you wanna play and lock-on , and another button to allow using (Weapons/Chassis/Movement parts) etc. , of higher Tiers on lower Tiers without getting into a higher tier.

I really hope you guys could make something like that. Would be real fun

To be honest, this would really kill off most people's intentions of playing, and you'd probably get caught & banned a lot easier. I mean, who's not gonna be in first tier and see a big-ass tank with massive railguns and black armour molest everyone, and think 'Boy, he's probably a hacker/modder, better report him' The devs would get on that str8 away and ban anyone that uses it.

You could get away with using high tier stuff and locking it a tier below what you should have been, but using it to rek first tiers will get you banned

... Maybe you didn't read what i wrote correctly

. I said "FOR EXAMPLE if you wanna play Tier 1 with Tier 10 parts", so It's not just Tier 1. You can use it on any Tier and it doesn't have to be Tier 1. PLUS , even if this hack got implemented, people use the hacks on their own risk. For me /me, i really don't care, i want this hack. If you don't want it then don't get it

I may be on a hacking site but it's not like anything else here, it's like you have a gunbed 100% health versus 12 person with only 1% left (only a wheel), it's really not fair, at all.

It wouldn't be fun if you get on a new game and know that you can't hack it but rooms are filled with hacker killing you and you couldn't do anything about it, you'd leave the game immediatly, here it's the same.

Preach it guuuurl. And I don't think just because OP doesn't want to use this to rek tier 1 lobbies, doesn't mean if this does get released, everyone else won't use it responsibly. There is a limit between hacking/cheating for fun and completely ruining a game with overpowered hacks that clear out the rest of the lobbies.

You'll get banned/noticed instantly. Everyone will report you, because they know you can't use these high ranked weapons and armors... + devs play sometimes.
This is useless.

Soundbreaker, you are right, this is a hack site and you are in right to request it.

However, for me, cheating is fun if other players still can kill you, so you just use some tweaks. (Like aimbots, you use same weapons, same armor, you are just "better" in aiming.)
If you want to have better stuff on your "tank" or "plane" or whatever you build, to be unkillable, thats not fun !

I'm not sure this is possible as I believe tier-grouping is handled entirely on the server. However, if it is possible, I'd bet you could do it with WPE. The client sends a packet when you attempt to join a match, so if the tier is contained in that packet, you could send a join packet for tier 1 instead of tier 10.

Server also checks robots while in game, so you would need to continously send few packets containing information about your robot, not just 1 packet about your tier.

I have an idea ... wait 30 min for a result

nope ... 19 results and the game crashed before i activated them ... i searched on a new garage slot (no blocks) 0 and then increased and decreased value (i think u can imagine what i did next <3) and ended with 19 results ... tell me if something worked ....

Alright. Between CE and WPE hacks, replacing the RR count in CE and blocking/spoofing packets, I can confirm this isn't possible without more advanced hacks. Tries resulted in:

Failure to find a match (left it in matchmaking for almost twenty minutes, no luck)
Instant game crash when entering matchmaking
Game freeze and subsequent crash when connecting to a match

(These were all with slightly different methods)

Sorry OP, doesn't look like it's doable yet.

Anyone tried using CE to freeze the value of the tier you are in?

Eg. Use CE to search for the tier you are in by changing it and searching again ect, then setting it to stay at that tier?
Anyway i'm trying it now.

EDIT: I put a tier 8 robot into the tier 2 queue successfully, but it was taking a while to find a match so I left to do something else. When I came back about half an hour later I was in a match, kicked for inactivity. I could see my teammates on my screen and they were tier 2, so I guess it works but it just takes a while to find a match.
