1. Download NVIDIA Inspector (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/...-download.html)
2. Open it, and go to Profile settings and search for CSGO
3. Under the compatibility tab, change ambient occlusion compatibility to "(Half-Life 2 Half-Life 2 Deathmatch)"
4. Under the common tab, change ambient occlusion setting to "High quality"
5. Click apply changes in the top right hand corner, and start CSGO.
6. Enjoy
Really fucking nice, hope they'll fix this shit, but ill exploit the hell of it for now. Just have to be a little bit careful so you dont get overwatched.

Theres no compatibility tab in my profile settings. Anyone else have the same problem?
I get some bad fps doing this or my computer is really bad.
This has been around forever! I used it in cod4 like ages ago Too bad I switched to ati haha...
And yeah if I recall correctly this causes fps drops ...

Yes I hit apply changes, but whenever I re-open nVidia inspector the values change back to default. Does this mean its patched?...
I guess if I knew where the registry strings where I could change them to read only
