Just general script help

Asylum is a bitch to script on, expect to be banned there pretty quickly if you use anything but the best private scripts. Also, just because people release things does not guarentee that they know much about anything. People quite often release other peoples work, just remember that for future. If by drop in security you mean there are less people looking for hackers on their servers than yes, but by no means did they lessen their script restrictions and anticheat.

Yeah... Like @evskin said... Not many people can make their own scripts. For example, i recently modified JME's exploding bullets into lightning bullets which looks amazing, it ain't my script but from modifying it you learn what different commands do...
I learned by looking at everyone's scripts, trying to understand them. Trial and Error will always help!
Just start by looking into scrolls menus and the bistudio wiki.
Arma scripting doesn't just pop into your brain unless your a legend and know other languages. It takes time, it has taken me about 3-4 months to start writing my own... Barely.
But like i said... Start by just modifying scripts like titans latest scroll menu and then once you understand all that well, move to the GUI's. 313 is confusing as fu*k. Get JME's custom debug console and have a look at that and play around with it. Just give it time

Nope, rumours are they are having trouble affording anti-cheat, of course they can still check logs. Also their ddos protecting is gone for money reasons aswell.
