Paypal Question

Hi guys,
I'm interested in selling some accounts and I've some questions about Paypal payments.

So here is the deal: I know there's some way for a user to retrieve their money after I've received it by using a credit card or something and with that way you can scam really easy. But my question is: how to avoid that? I want to sell my account, receive the money I actual should and all done. No problems with Paypal.

I'm asking this, because last time I tried to sell something, I received the money through Paypal and the guy somehow did some kind of chargeback and got his money back and I had negative balance. I don't want that to happen again, so please help me here

The only 100% way to avoid a chargeback is to get the person to dispute the payment and then remove the dispute, you can only dispute a payment once and once only, doing this removes the chance of them disputing the money in the future,
