After getting banned...

After getting banned...
Well, I just got banned with some hacks.
It goes: This ID is permanently blocked.
Is there any way to counter this block like a hack that lets you bypass this 'block'?

I doubt that, most hackers that get banned, stop hacking, and move on

No, you cannot bypass this 'block'. The ban isn't client sided, therefore to 'bypass' this as you say would require actual hacking to get into Nexon's servers and change your status. Which is logically impossible and illegal.
