But, my question is how much would someone want to take said information, and get a replacement shipped to me, rather than the actual owner?
1. You need to make sure the "person" ordered it from the seller amazon, if he purchased it with another seller amazon cannot send replacement
2. You need access to the account to add the shipping address
To avoid other people posting about what he requires:
1) He's done his small amount of research and knows the item is fulfilled by Amazon (says it on the link).
2) He has all of the person's information, maybe not account information.
3) He only asked for price :P and kindly asked others to not comment about the topic.
-Probably another worthless post too, you can have staff remove it if anything :P

I was fairly positive you could recover said account via having his full billing address/name etc
