I am looking for someone to make a hack that will allow me to view my character with a skin/dye without paying for it, I know that you cannot change it server-side so I am looking for someone to make it just look like my character has a certain skin. Thank you for reading this and helping me out
just decompile the client, find the default skin textures and copy paste the ones u want over them

While this works with skins, is useless when it comes to dyes.
OP, what you are looking for is a proxy hack. Long story made short, editing the packet containing personal info (name, stars number, etc) will allow you to choose the skin/dyes you want.

I tried doing it, but every single time I ran my script, I get kicked out for sending 56 messages to the server(I never send anything with it). Soo strange D:
Would anyone make a proxy hack that does this, possibly with a GUI since I am not very good at ROTMG hacking

Dyes can be done this way as well. The real problem here is that everyone with the texture that you changed will look like you made yourself look like

Am I missing something obvious? Don't we only have the data/"sprite" about where the dyes are applied?

You can edit the game sprites in the swf, but I can't find out what directory/file I need to edit

Just export every image, edit them with Photoshop/GIMP/whatever the hell you want that supports transparency (so fuck you, MSPaint) and replace the edited sprites, there should be a easily findable option to do so.
I just found out that it is really easy to change you skin and dye with realm relay.I will give you a tip: Give a look at the update package.
