Strafe Config

So i was wondering if anyone knew about something

i heard that there was a config that made it so that you couldn't press a/d at the same time.
This is used to improve your strafes in gamemodes like bunnyhop and have seen people use it.
Does anyone know where i could get my hands on this?

just to be clear i dont want an autostrafe, something that keeps me from pressing a/d at the same time to increase my sync
Basically if i don't press one before the other i wont lose speed unless i hit something/stop myself
