Okay, My CD-KEY is banned and i have one that is not banned is there anyway to change it?

Wrong title much, I don't think you can change your key in SA, perhaps you should give a better explanation of what you are trying to do and not have a incorrect title.

try creating a new steam account and then activate the cd key, if its in hexkey format youll need to change it to cdkey format using darkey

I did that but it still not working and its for the MOD not SA

Here's the thing, I want to use that CD-KEY from the new Arma OA and replace the banned one with the new one (i want to use the same account that's why i had to buy a new account to get the new key)

yeah you cant do that, i recommend you simply share your game library with both steam accounts so you have all your games and what not. you will have to use your second account when playing dayz
