Event Notifier Help (Paying)

Trying to open event notifier saying "connection refused by remote host"... Anyone else have this problem/ know how to fix it? Paying first one to help me fix it. ~thanks

Did you try opening the file using Administrative Privileges? Or Admin Rights?
