Mouse & Keyboard Problem

Mouse & keyboard freezing for 1 & 2 seconds randomly while playing , i tried that thing with the task manager where you change the game to use only CPU 0 or 1 instead of both . But when i'm trying to do that thing with CPU 0 & 1 crossfire is working more slowly , low fps , slow loading while joining maps , the mouse and keyboard are not freezing anymore , but the game does so is the same s**t . Anyway , what i'm asking is if someone who faced this problem before have find any other solutions . My computer is not too bad , i'm playing CS GO on it and it's working very well , not high performance but i get sometimes even 120 fps what i think is good for such a game . I have this problem since i lost my Windows 7 version , and now i can't find any version of Windows 7 without having those mouse & keyboard problems . I'm sure it's not the mouse or the keyboard fault , something from my pc , i'm opened to any suggestions , so please help me .
